Just activated a new subscription

It says it is activated when I go to the subscription page.

But when I try to go to an event it says my subscription has expired and it then gets stuck and I have to force stop the application.

Tried rebooting phone but still getting same problem

Using Huwawai P40 pro

Found a work around by logging in on my old Samsung phone which then seems to make it work on my Huawei.

So this problem could be specific to the huwawai p40

Is this issue stable reproducible with Huawei P40? I dont think that the issue could be solved using workaround you presented. Probably the issue just has not stable reproduction rate.
Could you please try to share screenshot with error message?

I had the same problem yesterday and using Oneplus 7T so it's nothing to do with the Huawei or Samsung that I can see.

Mine just sort of disappeared after much persistence of logging in over and over again, turning phone off and on.

I will see what happens when I renew again in a couple of weeks and send some screen shots.

Just tried reactivating my subscription and getting the same problem.

It says it is activated but when I go into an event I get a message popping up saying that it isn't activated and I have to crash out of the app.

And all of a sudden it is working again.

Maybe there is a delay before everything works after resubscribing?

Same problem. Happens every time and clears up after a while here as well.

It is very hard to investigate that issue because all subscription related stuff (subscription creation, validation, etc..) is done on Betfair side.
Most likely it is a Betfair server issue because usually it happens at same day for several customers
