Hi, trying to log into my account but keep getting this message...

Account must undergo password recovery to reactivate.

What does this mean? I can get onto my betfair account but not my betondroid account.

Please be informed that you dont have to separate BetOnDroid account. There only one account exists - your Betfair account managed by Betfair.
The error you see is returned by Betfair server in order to report problem with your Betfair account

Try to recover your password with https://identitysso.betfair.com/view/recoverpassword
Or contact Betfair Helpdesk referencing to ACCOUNT_PENDING_PASSWORD_CHANGE error code.
