1. Device name (e.g., Nexus 7)

2. Android version (Settings -> About phone -> Android version)

3. Software version (BetOnDroid -> Settings -> Software version)

4. Connection type (e.g., WiFi, 3G, GPRS, LTE, over Bluetooth)

5. Bug description

6. Steps to reproduce
