2. What Data We Collect

BetOnDroid does not collect or store any personally identifiable information (PII) directly. However, the App integrates with third-party services which may collect anonymized technical data, including:

• Device information (model, OS version)
• Crash logs and performance metrics
• Usage statistics (via Google Firebase)

3. How We Use This Data

The collected data is used for the following purposes:

• To analyze and improve app performance
• To detect and fix bugs and crashes
• To understand user behavior and preferences (anonymized)

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your data. Data collected by Firebase is handled according to Google’s privacy policies.

5. Betfair API Integration

BetOnDroid connects to Betfair using the official API over secure HTTPS. All authentication and trading interactions are handled directly between the user and Betfair servers. We do not store your Betfair credentials.

6. Legal Basis (GDPR Compliance)

We process data under the legitimate interest basis to maintain and improve app functionality. We do not use this data to identify or profile individuals.

7. Your Rights

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with data protection laws, you have the right to:

• Object to data processing
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
