BetOnDroid software is developed and published by Ukraine Tech Labs LLC. This provides you with full transparency and free access to our company and contact information. Ukraine Tech Labs LLC is an approved Betfair API vendor.

Our product, source code, and all interactions with Betfair have been reviewed and tested by Betfair’s security department and are conducted exclusively over encrypted and secure connections.

Betfair has verified that your Betfair credentials, including your username and password, are not stored, captured, or transmitted in any unnecessary manner to or through our systems.

By using BetOnDroid, you can be confident that you are using high-quality software developed by a legitimate and accountable company. No part of the BetOnDroid business logic is developed by third-party providers, allowing us to maintain full control over the codebase, its quality, and its integrity for our users.

BetOnDroid is listed in the official directory of Betfair-approved applications authorized to interact with the Betfair Exchange via the Betfair API: apps.betfair.com

Software Licence Agreement

The Software Licence Agreement governs your use of the BetOnDroid application. Please read this document carefully. You must agree to the licence terms before installing and using the software.

If you do not agree with the terms set out in the Software Licence Agreement, you must not accept the agreement or use the software. Acceptance of the licence terms, acknowledgment of this Risk Notice, and use of the software together constitute your acceptance of these conditions.

Automatic Green-Up Feature – Important Notice

BetOnDroid includes an optional Automatic Green-Up feature designed to assist users in managing open positions by automatically placing offsetting orders intended to balance profit or loss across selections. This feature is provided as a convenience tool only.

We do not guarantee that Automatic Green-Up orders will be placed at the intended time, or placed at all. The operation of this feature is subject to numerous factors beyond our control.

These factors may include, but are not limited to:

• Mobile device power management, including operating system background restrictions and deep sleep modes
• Loss, degradation, or instability of internet connectivity
• Application suspension, termination, or resource limitation by the operating system
• Betfair Exchange latency, market suspension, in-play delays, or market state changes
• Device performance limitations or unexpected hardware or software failures

As a result, Automatic Green-Up orders may be delayed, partially executed, or not placed at all.

You acknowledge and agree that full responsibility for monitoring open positions and managing risk remains with you at all times. The Automatic Green-Up feature should not be relied upon as a guaranteed risk-management or loss-prevention mechanism.

We strongly recommend that you regularly monitor your positions, understand how the Automatic Green-Up feature operates under different market conditions, and test the feature thoroughly using small stakes before relying on it in live trading.

You agree to accept full responsibility for any harm, loss, or damage suffered as a result of the use or non-use of the software, or any resources made available through our websites. You agree to exercise independent judgment and to conduct appropriate due diligence before taking any action or implementing any strategy or recommendation.

Before deciding to participate in any sports betting or financial markets, you should carefully consider your objectives, level of experience, and attitude toward risk. Above all, do not speculate with money that you cannot afford to lose.

We strongly recommend using the smallest possible stakes when testing or trading experimental strategies. User-related risks also exist, including accidental use of features or misinterpretation of market data or trading mechanics. For this reason, we recommend maintaining a clear, consistent, and disciplined approach to market participation to minimize exposure to the risks described in this notice.

Using Betting Exchanges
